Delivery & Returns

To make a return or an exchange, customer services at MiAmor Boutique must be informed of the return within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

You can notify us by email at or by telephoning our customer services line on 0121 355 0000.

We will then supply an authorisation number within 24 hours of notification of the return via e-mail.

All returns must be postmarked and sent to back to MiAmor Boutique within 7 days of receipt.

If the item is postmarked past the 7 days allowed, or does not have the returns authorisation number, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer.

All returns must be in the original box and must have the returns authorisation number written clearly on the returns slip provided, and on the returns label, also provided.  Please also write this number on the package. Please note, the returns slip sent with your order must be completed fully.

All returns will be posted at the customer?s expense. We do not provide free returns.

If you wish to exchange an item, then we will post out the exchange free of charge.

We recommend that you send your return/exchange via an insured carrier. We are not liable or responsible for any lost returns. Please keep a hold of your tracking number, so that you can track your parcel.

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags in place. If the pink circle label is removed ? this dress will no longer be eligible for a return.

Any garments with any stains, including deodorant marks or odours will not be accepted.

Once we are satisfied that the garment is in its original condition, we will issue a prompt refund for the cost of the garment.

All postage costs are non refundable. All returns must be sent to:

Faulty items:

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please follow the below procedure. Please inspect all gowns upon the receipt of your order. It is your duty to inform us of any faults immediately. Please clearly outline the nature of the fault, and if you require a refund or an exchange.  You have up to 28 days from receipt of faulty items to return them to us.

Damaged items:

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon its arrival ? please contact us immediately to let us know. Please outline the nature of the problem, so that we can resolve this for you.
